We are a well-established and innovative company seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our New Product Implementation (NPI) team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into reality, solving problems, and working closely with customers and internal teams to bring new products successfully into production. As part of a small, energetic team, you will play a key role in managing the introduction of new products from concept through to manufacture, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the introduction of new products into manufacturing.
  • Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide excellent service throughout the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, reports, presentations, and product records.
  • Identify challenges and implement practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Use data and analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leverage AI tools and technology to improve efficiency, communication, and project delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure key milestones are achieved.
