Warehouse Operative

Are you a highly organised and motivated Warehouse Operative looking for your next opportunity? We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our growing operational department! What We’re Looking For: * Proactive and trustworthy team player * Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure * Good balance between speed and accuracy when handling stock * Someone who takes pride in keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe Key Responsibilities: * Dispatching 40-60 consignments per day (approx. 70 parcels) and handling 3-4 pallets daily. * Efficient Goods In processing – ensuring deliveries are checked, signed off, and handed to management promptly. * Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse, ensuring stock is in the correct bays. * Daily Health & Safety checks and completing risk assessment forms. * Working both independently and as part of a 5-person team. * Packing orders efficiently and preparing the warehouse for the next day. * Using warehouse software and management systems – computer literacy required. * Ensuring all doors are secured and the facility is ready at the end of each shift. * Counterbalance forklift licence preferred but not essential.
