Direct Response Employment Services are working with a reputable and award-winning client who are seeking a project coordinator to join their team initially on a 9-month contract; however, there is a strong chance of this leading to a permanent position. This role will support the delivery of client projects and marketing campaigns, working closely with both customers and internal departments to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be confident communicating with clients, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:- Liaising with clients to support day-to-day project queries
- Coordinating and managing client marketing campaigns
- Creating product and campaign codes
- Inputting and processing orders within Prima (our back-office system)
- Supporting the Account Director with project administration and reporting
- Working closely with internal teams including operations, design, and customer service
- Helping to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer and administration skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects
- Previous office, account management, or project coordination experience preferred
- Experience using ERP/back-office systems would be advantageous
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career within project coordination and client account support in a growing business. This is a full-time role; however, our client will also consider a candidate on a part-time basis, with the option of hybrid working once settled within the role. Normal full-time hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary on offer is in the circa of £30,000 per annum.
