We are seeking customer service executives to join our clients team in Frome. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the phone, has excellent communication skills and wants to work within a friendly and creative team.
Our client offers personalised telephone contact services to high profile membership organisations, looking for executives to reach out and speak to members on their behalf. You will be working on a variety of client campaigns, responsible for making and receiving calls, sending emails and updating records and occasionally taking payments.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be confident being on the phone and enjoy talking to a wide range of people. You will also have a good level of IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
This is a temporary position, ongoing over the next 4 months but could be longer or be made permanent for the right candidates. Working hours of 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Thursday between the hours 9am – 7pm and Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturdays 10am – on a fortnightly shift pattern. Please note we are looking for candidates who can accommodate and work Saturdays.
