Direct response Employment Services are working with a client in Trowbridge who are seeking a customer service advisor to join the team on a permanent basis. Within this role you will be working within a small but busy team and play a crucial role in the day to day duties within the office along with providing great customer service experience to our customers. This role would suit a graduate or someone with some office admin experience looking to establish themselves within a dynamic business environment or perhaps someone who is looking for an entry level / junior position.
Key Duties:
- Acting as a main contact for customer and agent enquiries, dealing with customers and compiling and maintaining appropriate records.
- The fulfilment and processing of customer orders and to be jointly responsible for the proper storage of all documents created during this process.
- To be involved in any duties that may include the handling of stock items and the subsequent processing of any relevant information, including the processing and fulfilment of: orders, invoices, back-orders, returns and credit notes and quality control checking.
- Booking-in new stock which will include some heavy lifting.
- To be jointly responsible for the safekeeping and orderly presentation of all goods in stock, goods inward, and goods awaiting dispatch.
- Trade Shows: to assist in preparing for trade shows and to possibly attend trade shows.
