Our client, a vibrant, creative, and award-winning agency, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Social Account Director to join their expanding Social Team. This is an exceptional opportunity to spearhead strategic social direction across a diverse portfolio of prominent brands, both within the business-to-business and business-to-consumer landscapes.
This would suit a Senior Account Manager looking to step up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping shape smart, data-led social media strategies for a mix of B2B and B2C clients.
- Supporting client relationships and building trust through solid, strategic advice.
- Spotting new trends and platform updates to keep our work ahead of the curve.
- Working on influencer campaigns that really connect with target audiences.
- Collaborating closely with PR and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Using data and insights to track what’s working and improve results.
- Supporting and guiding more junior team members to do their best work.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in social media strategy and execution, ideally in an agency.
- A good understanding of both B2B and B2C social media landscapes.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients.
- A proactive, results-focused approach.
- Experience with influencer marketing across different types of audiences.
- Comfortable using data to shape and explain your thinking.
- A team player who enjoys mentoring and working collaboratively.
