Their entire model is built around uncovering a core Narrative for a brand, a single, powerful, overarching idea that weaves seamlessly through every channel and touchpoint. They are looking for a social expert to ensure this philosophy is executed across all digital channels.
The Role
We aren’t looking for a traditional, hands-off suit. My client needs a social-first thinker who lives and breathes digital/social culture, but who also possesses the commercial maturity to nurture and expand senior client relationships. You will be the trusted partner your clients rely on, with a sharp focus on client satisfaction scores and organic growth. You’ll have a brilliant engine room backing you up. You will collaborate closely with dedicated social strategists and an elite creative team to shape and bring big ideas to life. Additionally, you will be a natural leader, directly managing and mentoring an ambitious Account Manager and Senior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities

- Act as the agency-wide beacon for social best practices, ensuring both internal teams and clients are ahead of platform updates, trends, and digital behaviors.
- Partner with strategy and creative teams to inject thumb-stopping, social-first thinking into the brand's broader core narrative.
- Mentor, inspire, and develop the AM and SAM under your wing, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Drive social best practices across the entire agency roster and spot organic opportunities to expand your clients' social footprints.
What My Client Is Looking For
A hybrid of a visionary digital native and a genuine relationship builder. You are a seasoned Account Director or Senior Account Director with a proven track record within a creative, social agency environment. You instinctively know what makes content shareable and how to measure real social success beyond just vanity metrics. You genuinely care about client happiness and have a history of delivering stellar retention and satisfaction scores. You enjoy lifting others up and have solid experience managing and developing account teams.
