We are looking for a bright and confident Project Manager to join the Service Delivery team, working on one of our largest and most established accounts. You'll support the Project Director of Marketing Ops with the smooth running of high-volume creative production campaigns across print, digital, email, DM, SMS, OOH and social.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Execution & Workflow
- Managing end-to-end production across DM, Email and SMS campaigns
- Briefing third-party suppliers via detailed change requests
- Overseeing campaign progression and liaising with suppliers on progress
- Managing proofing clinics, feedback and approvals processes
- Maintaining and improving production documentation and supplier briefs
- Workflow Management
- Setting up and maintaining workflow templates
- Training new users and maintaining user guides
- Troubleshooting queries and resolving issues
- Coordinating platform upgrades, improvements and roadmap
- Technology & Systems
- Supporting maintenance of a digital asset DAM - content accuracy, metadata and licensing
- Managing a Jira helpdesk for operational requests including URLs, GA tags and QR codes
- Process Improvement
- Maintaining process flow diagrams and production documentation
- Supporting business continuity planning across the team
- Proven experience in operations, service delivery or production project management
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders concurrently
- Technically proficient - CMS, workflow tools and project management methodologies
- Print production experience
- Strong relationship builder at all levels
- Commercially minded with a curious, problem-solving approach
