We're looking for a bright, confident Project Manager to join a high-performing team delivering large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This is a fast-paced, varied role at the heart of a major communications change project, ideal for someone who thrives on complexity and loves getting things done.
You'll be working across data, print, and digital projects, with deliverables spanning web pages, emails, banners, social, DM, OOH, and brand assets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the planning and delivery of a full-scale communications change across Direct and Digital marketing activity
- Acting as the key PM liaison across all implementation phases
- Managing the rollout of messaging updates, including URL changes and bilingual comms
- Briefing production teams, leading proofing clinics, and liaising with translation agency for approvals
- Working across DM, email, stakeholder literature, web PDFs, digital display, social, and web
Day-to-Day Project Management
- Maintaining detailed project plans, high-level milestones, and realistic timetables
- Managing workflows across project management tools (Workfront and TOMI)
- Completing weekly revenue reconciliation reports supported by burn charts
- Monitoring resource clashes and proactively managing priorities
- Ensuring all work leaves with the correct approvals in place
- Keeping all stakeholders informed and expectations well managed
What We're Looking For
- Proven end-to-end project management experience across large and small, online and offline projects
- Ability to manage large-scale delivery with multiple work streams
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Sharp attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
