We are looking for a Marketing Transformation & Programme Director to oversee strategic transformation initiatives and coordinate key programme activities for a major global account.
This is a dual-focus role. You will split your time between driving the ongoing management and market adoption of a global content platform, and providing critical programme coordination, governance, and operational support to the senior leadership team.
Working closely with senior client and agency stakeholders, you will help keep cross-functional teams aligned, maintain governance processes, and ensure complex initiatives remain on track to meet business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Translate high-level strategic objectives into clear, actionable delivery plans across content, technology, and operational workstreams. Track progress, manage risks, and implement governance frameworks and change management activities.
- Support the development, market rollout, and user adoption of our centralized content platform. Gather feedback from international markets, coordinate platform upgrades with tech and production teams, and promote best practices for content localization.
- Act as the central coordinator for the leadership team. Manage recurring governance meetings, prepare stakeholder materials, track actions/decisions across workstreams, and facilitate clear communication between HQ, local markets, and agency partners.
- Build strong working relationships with senior client and agency partners. Foster collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams and help mentor junior project management team members.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience delivering complex programmes, projects, or operational transformations.
- A strong background working within marketing, digital, technology, or agency environments. You must understand the advertising campaign process, including the end-to-end roles and outputs across broadcast, digital, print, and OOH.
- Proven experience establishing project governance, managing change, tracking budgets, and handling resource planning.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and navigating senior, client-facing environments.
- A proactive problem-solver who is highly organized and comfortable keeping moving parts aligned in a fast-paced setting.
