Senior Art Director | up to £60k
A successful agency is seeking a Senior Art Director to join their creative team in Maidenhead, England. This on-site role requires you to be in the office three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for two days.
As an award-winning brand experience agency, they specialise in crafting engaging physical and digital events for well-known brands. They leverage 20 years of marketing expertise to deliver solutions across various sectors, including FMCG, health and beauty, luxury goods, retail, and technology.
They\’re looking for a creative leader with a passion for developing and delivering outstanding experiential solutions for their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the team’s Creative Directors in ideating, developing, designing, and delivering creative solutions predominantly for their experiential clients.
Lead on projects, working closely with team seniors, strategists, their Creative Production Director, and other departments to achieve commercial and creative objectives.
Deeply involve yourself in projects, crafting the experience, the narrative, and the details that make it special, also working with their visualizers and design team to bring your ideas to life.
Keep internal departments and project leads updated with progress.
Support new business pitches, producing outstanding creative concepts that help to inspire and procure new clients.
Enrich their capability of delivering creative solutions in the experiential world, OOH, and at times in a retail environment.
What you\’ll bring
- A passion for experiential, with at least 5 years’ experience, ideally in a similar role within a live activation/experiential-focused agency, including retail experiential, possibly theatre design.
- A demonstrable understanding of integrated work, translating brands beyond their advertising campaign and product into different channels.
- Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and other Creative Suite programs, as well as MS Office.
- The ability to blend commercial awareness with passion and creative flair.
- Instinctive brand awareness and demonstrated experience of pushing boundaries and evolving brands.
- An openness to learn, collaborate, inspire, and innovate.
- Reside within commutable distance of their Maidenhead office (expected to travel there 3 x a week).
- The right to live and work in the UK.
