My client, a leading independent school group, is seeking a Sales and Business Development Administrator to join their team. This junior-level, full-time permanent role is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented professional eager to gain wide-ranging experience in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in supporting B2B communications and helping to grow international enquiries, working with education agents, relocation consultants, and prospective families.
Location: London (hybrid working possible)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum
About the Role
- Agent & Partner Management: Facilitating accreditation checks, managing contracts, and coordinating visits to our clients' schools in London.
- CRM & Pipeline Support: Maintaining data accuracy in Salesforce, tracking enquiries, and ensuring smooth pipeline movement.
- Marketing & Communications: Producing regular B2B newsletters, creating compelling case studies showcasing successful international or EAL students across our client's schools, and supporting social media campaigns.
- Event Support: Assisting with the planning and delivery of internal and external events, from webinars to in-person visits.
- Training & Outreach: Helping to set up training sessions for agents and partners, and identifying new outreach opportunities.
About You
You will be exceptionally organised, reliable, and possess strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and an interest in international education or B2B marketing. Essential skills include:
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce desirable), Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and WhatsApp for Business).
- Ability to create professional materials using PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe tools.
- Knowledge of the UK education system, international student recruitment, or experience in sales, marketing, or event support is a plus!
