We are a vibrant Creative Marketing Agency based in London, and we understand that the human element is the most vital part of any successful brand activation. That\’s why we’re seeking a highly organised, passionate Staffing/Account Executive to oversee all live staffing for our key clients in the nicotine pouch and smoke-free product sector. This is your opportunity to manage everything, from large festival sampling campaigns, such as Glastonbury, to nationwide in-store activations, ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
The Opportunity: What You\’ll Be Doing
You\’ll be the linchpin connecting a major client in the smoke-free product category with a database of over 1000 brilliant, vetted, and trained promotional staff across the UK. Reporting to the Group Account Director, your core mission is to manage all staffing logistics for live campaigns:
- Staffing Management: Book, brief, and confirm all promotional staff for diverse sampling campaigns, including major festivals and retail outlets.
- Recruitment & Training: Run interviews, recruitment, training, refresher, and casting days to maintain a premium staffing roster.
- Campaign Logistics: Handle all essential admin, including hotel bookings, travel arrangements, site visits when required, and on-call support during out-of-office campaign hours.
- Database Master: Input, maintain, and update the staff database with performance notes and client feedback.
- Financial Administration: Ensure strict compliance with all internal and Client’s financial procedures. This involves confirming payroll, managing bonuses/fines, processing expenses, drafting project budgets, raising P.Os, and invoicing.
- Client & Team Liaison: Hold regular status updates with the Group Account Director, client, and internal teams, providing campaign monitoring and feedback.
- Documentation: Create impactful briefing documents, staff profiles for clients, and post-campaign evaluation documents.
