This is very much a media agency data role, working closely with media planning, performance, account management, strategy and data teams to help improve campaign reporting, client insight and media performance.

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong experience working with media, advertising, campaign or performance marketing data
  • Ideally experience from a media agency, performance agency, digital agency or advertising environment

  • Experience building dashboards and reports in Looker Studio, Tableau or similar tools
  • Good understanding of media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, GA4 and CRM/customer data sources
  • Ability to bring together paid media, web analytics and customer data into useful reporting and insight
  • Confidence working with media planners, performance teams, client services and non-technical stakeholders
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to spot trends, risks and opportunities in campaign data

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and improving media performance dashboards and client reporting
  • Bringing together data from Google Ads, Meta, DV360, GA4, CRM and other media/customer platforms
  • Using SQL and BigQuery to organise, query and improve marketing and media datasets
  • Building consistent reporting views across campaign performance, channel performance, client reporting and internal KPIs
  • Producing insight around attribution, funnels, cohorts, budget pacing, forecasting and media effectiveness
  • Creating reusable dashboard templates and reporting processes for media and account teams
  • Helping media, strategy and client teams understand what the data is showing and what action to take
  • Working with Data and Ad Ops teams to support accurate data collection, tagging and integration
  • Improving data quality, documentation and reporting standards across the agency

Bonus experience includes: Python, APIs, ETL tools, Supermetrics, custom scripts or connectors, but this isn’t essential.

Why join?

  • Join a fast-growing independent media agency
  • Work with major global brands and high-profile media campaigns
  • Have real ownership of media reporting, data solutions and performance insight
  • Make a visible impact on campaign performance and client decision-making
  • Work closely with media, data, strategy and client teams
  • Be the bridge between media performance, data and client insight
