Strategic Partnerships Consultant in the Global Mobility and Relocation Sector
3-6 month FTC or consultancy-based project
Based in London with a hybrid working model and a required presence at key United Kingdom and European industry events.
Compensation will be competitive and based on your specific experience.
About the Organisation
We are a premier family of nurseries, schools, and colleges across the United Kingdom and Europe. Our educational offering is supported by comprehensive wrap around services including university applications, career experiences, and summer schools. We create extraordinary educational journeys for families. Because a significant portion of our student intake consists of international families relocating to the United Kingdom and Europe, we are focused on becoming the top of mind educational provider for the global mobility ecosystem.
The Opportunity
When major global mobility providers and destination service providers handle high profile corporate relocations, the school search is one of the most critical and high stress pain points for families. We want to ensure that whenever a destination service provider or a specialist school search company is tasked with finding a school, our education group is their first phone call. We already have relationships with several key players, but we need an industry insider to help us scale our engagement.
In this role, you will design a strategy to penetrate these networks, maximise our presence at industry events, and help us build deep, long term commercial relationships with the gatekeepers of corporate relocation.
Key Responsibilities
- You will package our diverse portfolio of nurseries, schools, colleges, and wrap around services into a compelling, turnkey solution for relocation agents.
- You will develop a targeted plan to engage senior leadership at destination service providers and school search agencies, moving the relationships from transactional interactions to deep strategic partnerships.
- You will build and execute an outreach playbook for industry networking events, teaching our internal team how to bypass gatekeepers and effectively pitch to relocation providers.
- You will educate internal teams on the inner workings of the relocation industry, specifically the tendering process between global mobility providers and destination service providers, so we can better align with their workflows.
About You
You have extensive experience working directly within the United Kingdom or European global mobility, relocation, or destination service provider sectors. You hold active relationships with major players in the ecosystem, including destination service providers and specialist school search companies. You know how critical school placement is to a successful corporate move, and you know how to talk to relocation agents on an institutional level. You have a track record of winning corporate accounts, managing business to business partnerships, or consulting on business growth within this specific niche.
