We are on the look-out for an experienced Freelance Account Manager to join the team at a leading integrated creative agency based in London. It is an immediate start for 6-months with potential to convert to permanent in the near future.
The Role
You will be working with one of the agency’s longest-standing retained clients. Joining a close-knit Client Services and Project Management team of five, you'll be the go-to contact for campaign deliverables across brand strategy, organic social and community management. Day-to-day you'll be supporting the Account Director with client communication, taking briefs, running internal kick-offs and managing creative teams to deliver on time and on budget.
About You:
- Proven account management experience in a creative or integrated agency
- Digital and/or social media experience (essential)
- Strong project scoping skills - resource plans, schedules, price quotes
- Calm, confident communicator with great attention to detail
- Highly organised, solution-oriented, and able to juggle multiple stakeholders
- A positive, can-do attitude and self-motivated learner
