Head of Marketing for a Dynamic Independent School Group — Looking for a thrilling new challenge? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for an innovative group of three independent schools in Cambridge. This is a high-impact, full-time role for a proactive leader who thrives on variety and can juggle multiple projects with ease. We need a creative self-starter who can take the lead and elevate our schools’ brands to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, preferably within the independent school sector or with a portfolio of diverse brands.

Key responsibilities
  • Create, execute, and manage strategic marketing plans tailored to each school\'s unique needs.
  • Serve as the key marketing lead, delivering a mix of strategic vision and day-to-day execution.
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and optimise for success where needed.
  • Manage social media content and digital marketing campaigns, both locally and internationally.
  • Update websites and produce engaging content, including news stories, testimonials, and videos.
  • Oversee and refine printed materials, brochures, and other marketing assets.
  • Handle local PR initiatives, build community partnerships, and provide marketing support for events.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Qualifications
