My client is a dynamic and innovative shopper marketing agency, dedicated to creating impactful and engaging experiences that drive sales and build brand loyalty. They work with some of the world\’s leading brands, delivering cutting-edge shopper and experiential campaigns.

About the Role:

My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Senior Account Manager to join their team and lead the delivery of exciting shopper marketing and experiential campaigns for a well-known drinks brand portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, building strong relationships and providing strategic counsel.
  2. Develop and implement innovative shopper marketing and experiential strategies that align with client objectives.
  3. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Oversee the development and execution of in-store activations, events, and other shopper marketing initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  6. Analyze campaign performance and provide insightful reports to clients.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  8. Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  1. Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within a shopper marketing or experiential agency.
  2. Extensive experience working with drinks brands is highly desirable.
  3. Strong understanding of the retail landscape and shopper behaviour.
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful shopper marketing and experiential campaigns.
  5. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
