Are you an experienced Account Manager / SAM or AD with a strong foundation in digital delivery, web builds, and UX-led product design? We’re looking for someone who is digitally savvy to help drive impactful web and application projects across high-profile public and private sector clients.
You’ll manage key accounts and the full lifecycle of complex web and digital product initiatives — from CMS-driven website launches to cutting-edge web application design and UX strategy. This is a role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to shape meaningful digital experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and growing key client relationships across strategic digital accounts
- Leading end-to-end delivery of CMS-driven websites, web applications, and UX/UI design projects
- Collaborating with product, UX, design, and development teams to deliver polished, user-centric digital solutions
- Hosting regular client reviews and surfacing opportunities for growth and innovation
- Supporting RFPs, renewals, and marketing material creation
- Ensuring delivery excellence across time, budget, and quality metrics
