Our client is a family of nurseries, schools, and colleges in the UK dedicated to helping children be the best they can be. They provide a supportive environment that inspires pupils to become well-rounded, confident and articulate individuals. Students develop culturally and socially, as well as academically, enjoying a well-rounded education full of fun and laughter. They work hard to help every child find something that fulfils them - to find their extraordinary, the thing only they can contribute to the world.

We're building out our digital marketing capability and looking for a sharp, curious content professional to join at an exciting moment - we're launching a major SEO and digital visibility project with a newly appointed specialist agency, and we need someone to help us execute it. This is a hands-on, development-friendly role with real scope to grow. You'll work directly with senior digital leadership and a leading external agency, picking up SEO strategy, AI-powered content production and CMS management at pace. Full training is provided so if you're technically confident, a natural writer and hungry to learn, this could be the role that accelerates your career.

What you'll do:

  • Write, edit and optimise web content including landing pages, guides and blog posts
  • Work from agency-provided content briefs, keywords and SEO direction
  • Upload and manage content via WordPress
  • Use AI tools to support drafting, editing, research and workflow efficiency
  • Support on-page SEO tasks: metadata, internal linking, structured publishing
  • Monitor content performance using tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console and GA4
  • Attend weekly agency calls and internal project meetings
  • Help improve visibility across both Google and AI-driven search results

What we're looking for:

  • Degree educated ideally in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Strong writing skills - examples of blogs, coursework, marketing copy or written work welcome
  • Digitally confident and comfortable picking up new tools quickly
  • Genuine interest in SEO, content marketing, AI and digital visibility
  • Some experience in content, digital marketing or SEO - internship, placement or 1–2 years in a full-time role
  • Graduate candidates considered if they show strong potential
  • Familiarity with WordPress, SEMrush or Ahrefs a bonus, not a requirement
  • Organised, proactive and able to work to briefs and deadlines

What's on offer:

  • Initial 3-month contract with strong potential to go permanent
  • Fast-track development in SEO, AI content tooling, CMS and performance marketing
  • Direct exposure to a globally recognised premium brand
  • Small, high-performing team where your work is visible and your ideas are heard

Start date flexible - ideally within one month, but up to three months for the right person. We may also consider permanent from the outset. Unfortunately, our client is unable to accept applications from candidates requiring sponsorship at any point.
