Are you a data-savvy Account Director who has a good understanding of CRM and MarTech? A data & marketing technology consultancy needs a senior Account Director to steer a client through their next phase of customer-experience transformation.
What you’ll tackle:
- Manage a key account acting as a trusted partner for CRM strategy, data analytics and martech integration.
- Shape strategic road-maps and quarterly business reviews that surface new revenue opportunities and keep delivery firmly on track.
- Lead multi-disciplinary squads — data scientists, technologists and campaign specialists — to execute customer-lifecycle programmes from brief to measurement.
- Control the commercials: forecast revenue, monitor burn, protect margins and report against SLAs.
What you’ll bring:
- Senior-level experience (AD or SAD) across data, CRM and marketing technology.
- A consultative mindset with a knack for translating complex insight into clear action plans.
- Confident stakeholder management and storytelling skills — able to influence C-suite and motivate internal teams.
