Customer Engagement Strategist / CRM Strategist – up to £65K plus bonus

This role is at one of the top data and CRM agencies in London who continually produce award winning work. They are looking for a CRM Strategist / Customer Engagement Strategist to join this agency that really values its strategists and offers the opportunity to work with a team of inspiring people in a positive and dynamic environment.
You will help develop CRM and CX strategies on a number of varied blue chip client accounts. The role will be across a range of great clients and will offer variety in terms of projects and potential strategic solutions.
Skills and experience:
- Strong CRM / CX strategy experience
- Some of your experience is gained within a marketing agency environment
- A solid understanding of data-driven customer marketing and experience creating engaging customer lifecycle journeys. Some understanding of martech is beneficial
- The ability to interrogate a client brief, understand the strategic challenge and define the best response
- A forward thinker who is passionate about customer engagement
- A strong communicator who can easily engage with clients
