CRM Project Manager - Contract until end of the year £350 to £300 inside IR35 London & Hybrid

I’m looking for a mid-weight Project Manager for a CRM-focused contract role starting in June. This is a hybrid London-based role, working on a large-scale CRM programme for a major consumer brand.

The role would suit someone with strong agency-side project management experience, ideally across CRM, email marketing, digital production or data-led communications.

You’ll be managing timelines, workflows, resources, budgets and delivery across multiple workstreams, working closely with account management, strategy, creative, design, data and campaign teams.

You’ll need to be highly organised, calm under pressure, detail-focused and confident coordinating internal and external stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly from briefing and planning through to deployment and post-campaign analysis.

Ideal background:

  • Strong understanding of creative and production workflows
  • Experience managing timelines, budgets and resources
  • Comfortable working with data-led campaigns and multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of tools such as Asana, Workbook, Tableau or Braze would be a plus
