Are you a CRM-savvy marketer with a passion for loyalty campaigns and client relationships? Join a market-leading agency at the intersection of loyalty, data, and marketing automation.
We’re looking for a CRM Account Manager to join a growing team. This hybrid role is split 70% account management and 30% hands-on campaign execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys seeing strategy through to delivery.
The Role
You’ll act as the day-to-day contact for some of our key clients, managing the delivery of data-driven CRM and loyalty campaigns—predominantly using Salesforce / SFMC.
You’ll support the Account Director while owning campaign execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving results for global brands.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Managing client relationships with confidence and clarity
- Supporting loyalty programme delivery through insight-led strategy
- Handling reporting, performance analysis, and recommendations
- Ensuring seamless coordination across design, tech, and delivery teams
You’ll Need
- Experience in CRM or loyalty marketing (agency or in-house)
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms like SFMC, Braze, or Adobe
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A detail-driven mindset and a passion for CRM excellence
- Campaign execution experience (email builds, journey flows, segmentation)
- Confidence presenting results to stakeholders
- Hybrid working: 2 days/week in our London office
