We’re hiring a hands-on Email Marketing / CRM Manager to shape and deliver personalised, customer-first communications at scale across email and mobile. This is a brand-new role for a CRM campaign specialist who can build customer journeys in Braze (or similar) and pair that with strong HTML/CSS email production. You’ll run multiple campaigns and lifecycle journeys end-to-end, partnering closely with strategy and analytics teams to drive engagement and loyalty. You’ll be working on a well-known travel account in a friendly, upbeat and fast-moving team - a genuinely exciting environment where you’ll have real ownership.

  • Build, target, test and launch multi-channel campaigns and journeys in Braze
  • Create personalised customer journeys and dynamic messaging using templating/scripting (e.g. Liquid/AMPscript/Adobe personalisation)
  • Own end-to-end execution: QA, testing, tracking, optimisation and performance reporting
  • Work closely with the strategy team to ensure maximum client engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate across agency and client stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong CRM background across email build, campaign management and execution
  • Hands-on HTML/CSS email build skills
  • Experience creating dynamic/personalised content using templating/scripting within marketing automation platforms
  • Braze experience ideal; other platforms considered (Adobe Campaign, SFMC, Bloomreach, etc.)
  • Knowledge of email best practices
  • Confident communicator with solid project management skills

This is a 12-month FTC with an early April start.
