The Agency
Our client is an award-winning integrated brand and CX powerhouse on an upwards trajectory winning lots of new business and shortlisted as Agency and Culture of the Year. With offices in Central London, the agency offers a close-knit, supportive team of around 90 people. A highly collaborative and creative team with big ambitions.
The Role
Due to a new client win, the agency is on the hunt for an Account Manager to join one of their most exciting and fast-paced accounts. They are looking for a buttoned down, strategic, organised Account Manager / Project Manager to work into a Business Director. As a primary day to day contact with clients, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the account's seamless operation.
You will need to be organised, comfortable in working across multiple projects at once but also be creative and strategic. Your time will be split 80% on a new business win where you will be resourcing and working with a studio and 2 x creative teams to develop and create multiple assets. It needs someone who is client facing and can work with clients to understand what they are looking for and bring the ideas to life. As well as the day-to-day work, you will be supporting the AD and BD on larger strategic projects. Experience of deploying emails and working with developers to support HTML builds is essential.
The other 20% is on a smaller client where you will be working with the BD and one client to develop a full campaign for the year. This is a much more strategic and creative role. The role needs someone to lead and run the day to day, be client facing and work with senior creatives and strategists to deliver work that is on brief and also input into what the programme looks like for the year.
To be successful in the role, you need to have experience of running a high-volume account as it is fast-paced and you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple emails and projects with multiple stakeholders. If you thrive on multi-tasking and are delivery-focused, this is the role for you!
