Fantastic opportunity to join a lovely, passionate and close-knit team on a 6-week contract to start mid-April. You will get to work on one of the biggest technology brands during their global launch period, overseeing a team of artworkers in the creation, adaptation and delivery of assets for instore and online. Hybrid with 3 days a week in office in London.
The role
- You will oversee, support and manage the delivery of creative projects enabling artworkers to produce highest quality creative deliverables.
- Managing the day to day running of the Studio; managing all studio operations, making full use of project management and collaboration tools
- Assessing and clarifying project briefs and assigning the appropriate artwork teams for various workflows.
- Assisting on creative production when needed and meeting with team members for feedback from client services.
- Creating and implementing timelines, project goals, onboarding process, expectations and workflows to ensure smooth production within project delivery.
- Managing resourcing within a multidisciplinary studio team which may comprise of a range of creative skills and both fulltime and freelancers.
- Managing procurement of subscriptions and tools and organising deliveries, tech equipment.
About you
- You will have previously held graphic design/artwork positions, bringing experience of all aspects of the creative process, ideally in digital or print campaigns for a global and/or tech brand.
- 360-degree knowledge of all of the components of the agency creative process, with an emphasis on workflow, resourcing, communication and organisational skills.
- 10+ years minimum experience in a studio/agency environment
- Skilled with Adobe applications including Google Suite, Excel, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in creative artworking and transcreation workflows – print and digital development processes
