One of our clients, a leading London-based marketing agency, are seeking a Senior CRM Strategist for a 6-week project starting in mid-February.
You will work on a key account to shape a global loyalty proposition.
The role:
- Help define a global loyalty programme - both the proposition and the mechanics.
- Map the full CRM experience from acquisition into welcome and onboarding, and onward into long-term retention and anti-churn.
- Turn the strategy into a practical activation plan, developing creative routes for the UK and overseas, working hand-in-hand with a data strategist to shape the segmentation and data approach.
You:
- An experienced Senior CRM Strategist with strong agency experience and the ability to plan an effective loyalty programme.
- Available mid-February and can work in their London office at least 2 days per week.
Rate on application – this role will be inside IR35.
