We are looking for a CRM Analyst to join one of our clients – a top marketing agency on a short-term contract, helping deliver insight and audience selections that power a loyalty programme.
You’ll work across campaign reporting and customer analytics - turning data into clear recommendations that improve acquisition, growth and retention for one of their key clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Exploring customer and marketing datasets to assess campaign effectiveness and customer behaviour
- Producing counts to support campaign planning
- Spotting patterns and trends
- Delivering analysis projects such as: RFM segmentation, LTV modelling and churn and retention analysis
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in customer / CRM analytics – ideally in a marketing agency environment
- Confident using SQL / Python for analysis
- Experience working with large datasets
- Able to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at the agency and client
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau would be highly beneficial
