Campaign Manager (Secondment) – Fixed Term Contract @ Exciting London Agency
Are you a highly organised and results-driven Campaign Manager passionate about delivering impactful marketing initiatives? An exciting London agency is seeking a talented individual for an exciting 3-6 month secondment opportunity with one of their biggest clients!

The Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a Campaign Manager to join a a busy, small team and hit the ground running. You'll be instrumental in managing the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across multiple channels , working autonomously but knowing when to bring their colleagues on the journey with you
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Strategy: Develop campaign plans that align with brand, product, or commercial objectives. Translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives , and define campaign KPIs and success metrics (e.g., leads, conversions, engagement). You'll also be interested in strategy and understand how to judge whether the work you are delivering is 'on strategy'.
- Campaign Execution & Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social, paid media, print, events, CRM). Brief creative, media, and content teams (internal or external) with clear objectives and timelines , and oversee campaign production including asset development, approvals, and launch.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of all parties. Manage expectations and provide clear communication to senior stakeholders on campaign progress and performance. Liaise with agencies, media partners, and suppliers as needed. You should have excellent stakeholder management skills, being able to manage up as well as down within a large complex organisation.
- Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance. Work with internal teams to analyse results and generate post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations. Optimise live campaigns based on performance data (e.g., A/B testing, audience targeting).
- Budget & Timeline Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring spend is tracked and optimised for ROI. Work with agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Compliance & Brand Governance: Ensure all campaign materials meet brand guidelines, legal requirements, and regulatory standards (especially in regulated industries). Manage internal approvals and sign-offs efficiently.
