Overview: This role focuses on all digital channels, driving awareness, engagement, and enquiries through social media, websites, and digital campaigns. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day content and performance optimisation.
The Role:
- Manage and grow social media channels across all three schools, creating engaging and consistent content.
- Update and maintain school websites using CMS platforms, ensuring content is accurate and fresh.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising (e.g. Google Ads, Meta).
- Support SEO improvements through content optimisation and keyword-focused updates.
- Create digital content including news stories, testimonials, blogs, and basic video/photo assets.
- Monitor performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Manage email marketing (newsletters, campaigns) and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with school teams to source content and ensure alignment with wider marketing goals.
About You:
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (education sector essential).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, social scheduling tools, and basic analytics (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Understanding of paid digital advertising and SEO principles.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple channels and deadlines effectively.
