Art Director, Experiential & Shopper Marketing

My client is a dynamic, growing agency looking for an experienced Art Director to join their collaborative team. This is a chance to leverage your expertise in experiential and shopper marketing to develop innovative, impactful campaigns for a diverse roster of clients. What You\’ll Do:
- Lead the creative vision: You will be the creative lead on campaigns, conceptualizing and executing visually stunning activations, from pop-up shops and retail experiences to in-store displays and events.
- Translate strategy into experience: Partner with strategists and account teams to translate brand goals into tangible, interactive experiences that drive consumer engagement and sales.
- Mentor and inspire: Guide and collaborate with junior designers and creative teams, setting the bar for creative excellence and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Push the boundaries: Stay ahead of the curve on new technologies and trends in retail design and experiential marketing, bringing fresh, groundbreaking ideas to every project.
