Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with Government Experience – Integrated Agency | Oct start for 6 months great day rate!

The Agency / Role:

Our client is a fully integrated agency in the heart of London and they are looking for a freelance AM or Senior Account Manager to help during a busy time for a key client. You will work to support the Account Director in the day to day running of the account and delivery for this government client.

You will be part of a Client Services team and with great exposure, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop and hone your skills across the board, as well as showcase your talents and interests across the wider agency.

The client is undergoing a huge digital transformation, and massive change to processes. Its audience is all UK adults, so the agency has the opportunity to make a genuine impact and get in front of millions of people.

As the client’s lead creative agency, they work in partnership with another agency and are responsible for creating engaging campaigns that not only drive awareness and behaviour change but work to change perceptions of the client’s brand amongst its audience.

You will be the go-to point across each project you manage, this will include: taking briefs from the client and managing their expectations; organising kick offs internally; writing the brief; briefing the Creative department; ensuring all departments are managed and kept in the loop; delivering the campaign on time and on budget and retaining the client’s innate trust in you.

You will also work closely with our client’s third parties to deliver campaigns where needed.

Key Requirements:

  • You are a self-starter, highly organised and pro-active
  • You have integrated campaign experience
  • You have government or big brand experience (not a necessity)
  • You have worked on a wide range of channels including TV, radio, social and digital
  • You can come into the London office – the agency are flexible on which days.
