We’re looking for an Account Manager who can take ownership of the work and keep campaigns moving. You’ll work on a fast-paced account delivering BTL campaigns across CRM, email, press and social, collaborating closely with creatives, strategists, studio and developers to bring ideas to life.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of BTL campaigns including CRM, email, press and social
  • Working closely with creative teams, studio and developers to produce campaign assets
  • Running timelines, status reports, estimates and resourcing across multiple projects
  • Acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients and multiple stakeholders
  • Supporting senior team members on larger strategic projects
  • Ensuring work is delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has agency experience in account management working on BTL / CRM campaigns
  • Is organised and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understands the creative development process and campaign delivery
  • Is comfortable working with creatives, strategists, studio and developers
