Job Description Account Manager – CRM/Customer Engagement Agency | London £30-35k Our client is an award-winning creative agency and they are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join its Customer Engagement arm. Working within the Customer Engagement Team, you will be working closely with a brilliant bunch of dedicated account handlers, creatives and strategists who look after how the agency engages, builds and connects consumers with their fantastic client brands. You will work on one of the agency’s flagship accounts as their creative and strategic partners, successfully broadening their appeal and recruiting new audiences into the brand. In terms of channels, you will deliver a range of marketing activity, including strategic MarTech support, setting the creative strategy, ATL and social creative development and delivery, and customer relationship marketing. As Account Manager, you will be the day-to-day client and agency go-to on CRM and integrated workstreams for this account. Key Skills Experience at Account Manager level or with extensive experience as a Senior Account Executive, ready for the step up to Account Manager level.
