Are you a Data, CRM or Digital Transformation focused Account Manager looking for a new role? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you to join this fabulous agency. We’re looking for an Account Manager to work with a small portfolio of clients and help grow long-term, profitable partnerships.
As an Account Manager you will work on a diverse portfolio of key clients as the key day to day contact. Projects could encompass CRM strategy & consulting, data analytics and insight, marketing technology and campaigns across customer lifecycle journeys as well as UX and digital transformation work. You will be working to understand the clients’ business and marketing needs to deliver the best CRM, data and digital transformation solutions. Coordinate internal specialists to deliver projects on time and on budget.
About you:
- Solid account management experience in an agency, consultancy or similar.
- Hands-on experience in at least one of these and the desire to work across projects in all these areas: data, CRM, martech, UX or digital transformation.
- Confident managing stakeholders and presenting at client meetings.
- Organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
This is a great opportunity for an Account Manager with excellent understanding of data driven marketing, CRM, MarTech, UX or Digital Transformation.
Salary £35K-£42K depending on experience, plus potential bonus, excellent career prospects and good training opportunities. The role is hybrid and requires 3 days in a London office.
