Hiring: Account Manager (Integrated) – it’s about being the central lynchpin of the account. You’ll be working within the Customer Engagement team, focusing on CRM and multi-channel communications for a major global brand.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the key day-to-day client contact, managing content and communications calendars from briefing to deployment.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to write and edit short, customer-facing copy to ensure it matches the brand tone of voice.
  • Working cross-functionally with creative, planning, and social teams to drive workstreams forward.
  • Managing the brilliant basics, from timelines and resource booking to WIPs and finance admin.
