I’m currently recruiting for an incredible agency that operates purely in the social space and they are on the hunt for a brilliant, culturally fluent Account Director to join their team. The Role:

As an AD at this purely social agency, you will be a vital component of client-partnered accounts, moving far beyond transactional relationships to position the agency as a true strategic partner. You’ll be responsible for client satisfaction, anticipating needs, and acting as a trusted advisor.

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive Social Strategy: Provide strategic and culturally fluent support across accounts, overseeing Social Media strategy across paid, creator, and organic spaces. You will weave this expertise with other channels and generate a greater understanding of social media techniques with clients.
  • Partner with Leadership: Work closely with the founder and leadership team to provide operational support, improving the structures, processes, and culture of your account teams to help scale the agency.
  • Lead Pitches: Take full responsibility for the new business pitch and submission process, leading cross-functional teams of both juniors and seniors to deliver winning proposals on time.
