Account Director – Digital ( UX & Web )

London (Hybrid, 2 days in-office) | £60–70k + Bonus

We're looking for a strategic, digitally focused Account Director to lead key client relationships and drive the delivery of innovative digital solutions across web, UX, and application projects.

In this senior role at a Digital Transformation Agency, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping web site strategy for high-profile clients across both public and private sectors.

From large-scale CMS web builds to UX-led product design and web applications, you’ll oversee delivery from discovery through to launch—ensuring exceptional results at every stage.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients and a confident leader across cross-functional teams, with a strong understanding of how digital solutions can solve business challenges and deliver real value.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading strategic client relationships and acting as a senior point of contact across multiple digital accounts
• Overseeing the delivery of complex web builds, applications, and user experience projects
• Partnering with UX, design, and development teams to deliver solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and impactful
• Facilitating client workshops, quarterly reviews, and identifying new opportunities for growth
• Ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are consistently met across all projects

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a senior client services role (Account Director level) within a digital or creative agency
• Passion for digital marketing, online marketing and digital transformation
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, responsive web design, digital product strategy, and UX principles
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence at all levels
• Commercially driven with a track record of growing accounts and delivering measurable client value
