We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, for a permanent role based primarily in Preston. The role will be split between office based and also out on site - so you must have previous knowledge and experience of carrying out duties on construction sites.
The role will be based in the Civils and Groundworks sector; however, experience in other aspects of construction is welcome. You must have general experience of QS duties, including cost management of projects and helping prepare tender documents.
Must have Full UK Driving Licence too.
