About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness across the entire supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end supply chain process
- Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory control systems
- Arrange and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery
- Resolve any logistics or delivery issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support demand planning and forecasting activities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs
Requirements
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
