We are seeking an experienced Screen Printer / Printing Operative to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with screen printing, production, or print finishing experience to take the next step in their career.
As a Screen Printer, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality printed products for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities- Operate screen printing machines to produce high-quality prints
- Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production runs
- Set up and adjust machines to achieve consistent print quality
- Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance
- Work to meet daily production targets
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures
- Maintain accurate production logs and records
- Previous experience as a Screen Printer, Print Operative, or Production Operative
- Experience in a manufacturing or printing environment
- Ability to work with inks, screens, and printing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely
- Flexibility to work shifts if required
- Good communication and teamworking skills
- Reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to troubleshoot basic machine issues
- Flexible approach and willingness to learn new printing processes
- 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday (Shift flexibility may be required)
