The Role
As a Sales Processor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of customer orders from initial enquiry through to production and delivery. You’ll act as a vital link between customers, sales, and production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with the sales team to confirm order details and specifications
- Preparing job tickets and ensuring all information is production-ready
- Communicating with production teams to track job progress
- Managing customer queries and providing updates on order status
- Checking artwork files and specifications (training can be provided)
- Raising invoices and handling basic administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records within internal systems
About You
- Previous experience in a sales support, order processing, or administrative role (print industry experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/order systems
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude
