The Role

As a Sales Processor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of customer orders from initial enquiry through to production and delivery. You’ll act as a vital link between customers, sales, and production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with the sales team to confirm order details and specifications
  • Preparing job tickets and ensuring all information is production-ready
  • Communicating with production teams to track job progress
  • Managing customer queries and providing updates on order status
  • Checking artwork files and specifications (training can be provided)
  • Raising invoices and handling basic administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records within internal systems

About You

  • Previous experience in a sales support, order processing, or administrative role (print industry experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/order systems
