We are looking for an organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to our senior management team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to senior management.
- Managing diaries, appointments, and meetings.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Preparing method statements/risk assessments.
- Organising travel arrangements and accommodation when required.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Ordering office supplies and assisting with general office administration.
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
About You
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
- A professional and approachable manner.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, or construction environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
