The Role
As Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of our sales administration team while continually improving processes and supporting key commercial initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing the inside sales administration team.
- Managing sales support activities to ensure outstanding service for our B2B customers.
- Reviewing and improving order processing workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Handling customer escalations and resolving issues with a solution-focused approach.
