The Role
We are looking for a Reprographics Artworker to join our busy team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and adapting artwork for print production, ensuring technical accuracy, and maintaining brand consistency across all outputs. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in print and design.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing and adapting artwork for print and digital use

Ensuring files are print-ready, checking colour profiles, bleeds, fonts, and resolutions

Retouching and amending artwork where required
*
Liaising with designers, account managers, and printers to ensure deadlines are met

Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Ensuring consistency across branding and artwork guidelines

Operating reprographics equipment as required (large format printers, scanners, finishing equipment)
About You

Proven experience as an Artworker, Reprographics Operator, or in a similar artwork/print role

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation

High attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
