About Us

We are working in partnership with a leading manufacturer specialising in high-quality polyurethane (PU) products supplied to a range of industries including automotive. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and skilled PU Production Worker to join their team.

The Role

As a PU Worker, you will be involved in the preparation, mixing, moulding, and finishing of polyurethane products, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

We are sourcing for Afternoon staff and rotational staff Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and mix polyurethane materials according to specifications
  • Operate PU dispensing and moulding equipment
  • Pour, inject, or spray polyurethane into moulds
  • Demould and finish products to required standards
  • Conduct quality checks and report defects
  • Clean and maintain tools, moulds, and equipment
  • Follow all health and safety procedures, including correct use of PPE
  • Assist with general production duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with polyurethane (PU) or similar materials preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
  • Good attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work to production schedules
  • Physically fit and able to work in a hands-on environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with PU injection or spray systems
  • Knowledge of mixing ratios and chemical handling
  • Forklift licence
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
