Our Graphics Department plays a key role in ensuring every design is print-ready and meets our high standards. Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Press Operator to join our graphics team. This position is responsible for preparing and optimising customer artwork for flexographic printing on corrugated substrates. The ideal candidate will have experience with pre-press workflows, color management, and packaging artwork preparation. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare, proof, and optimize artwork files for production. * Work with customer-supplied files to ensure they meet print specifications. * Trap, step-and-repeat, and apply color separations for flexographic printing. * Collaborate with designers, sales, and production teams to resolve technical issues. * Ensure artwork meets color and quality standards before going to press. * Maintain accurate file management and job documentation.
