About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Powder Plant Operative to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment involved in the production of powdered materials. This includes ensuring product quality, maintaining health and safety standards, and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate powder processing and packaging machinery.
- Monitor production processes and adjust settings as needed.
- Conduct routine quality checks and record results.
- Follow strict hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the plant and equipment.
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and products.
- Report any faults or maintenance issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (ideally in powder processing) preferred.
