Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver & Warehouse Operative About Us We are a busy and growing manufacturing business, looking for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. Role Overview You will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload goods, as well as carrying out general warehouse duties to ensure the smooth running of operations. Key Responsibilities * Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truck (valid licence required). * Load and unload deliveries from vehicles. * Move stock to designated storage locations. * Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders. * Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records. * Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards. * Support other team members as needed. Requirements * Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited). * Able to work on a rotating shift pattern- earlies then lates-Monday to Friday * Previous experience in a warehouse environment. * Good understanding of health & safety procedures. * Ability to work well as part of a team. * Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties. * Good attention to detail and time management skills.
